Our community impact occurs within the collaborative efforts of our members and leaders in the community. We identify issues, research innovative solutions, communicate with nonprofit and community leaders, and then select nonprofits to support.
The benefits of joining the Lunar Giving Circle include: • Learn about emerging issues and trends affecting our communities • Meet and collaborate with other social justice-minded people • Shape the LGC’s approach to giving • Have fun while helping some great organizations! The Lunar Giving Circle is a donor-advised fund of The San Francisco Foundation. Foundation staff manages the day-to-day administrative activities, including the receiving, acknowledging and holding of all funds. In return, we will pay a small administrative fee to The San Francisco Foundation.
